The Casa Lata is historically known in this region as a farm house. Inserted in a rural property with about 4 hectares, is situated among fields and houses that characterize the landscape of this region Minho.
The building has a granite facade with typical small windows, which contrast with the large, sunny balconies facing south.
The leafy groves that surround the house, in which they have ranging from secular olive trees to orange trees typical of the region, provide the freshness of the shadows and the pleasure of sweet aromas and flavours of their fruits. The Vineyard with bunches of golden grapes extends itself to the horizon and are a source of precious nectar, green wine, ex libris of the house.
In a total of 14 bedrooms, The Casa Lata offers to its guests 10 Double Bedrooms and 4 Twin Bedrooms, all with a view either to the swimming or to the vineyard, private bathroom, TV and internet service. As for common spaces it has living rooms, dining rooms and a game room, where furniture and decor respect environments of other times.
Intended for pleasure has outdoor swimming pool, large green spaces with gardens, orchards and orange groves, where the cultivation of fruits and vegetables provides the confection of delicious regional dishes that complete the well-being of our guests.
Its location is excellent for people who want to know the Minho Region and the Peneda Gerês National Park.
